Reports
Month by month
A month appears once there is something in it. A month the bank data never covered is left out rather than drawn as a zero, because a zero is a claim that nothing happened.
Each bar is that month's net. Above the line is a month that took in more than it spent, below it is one that did not, and the line across the top is the same figures read as a direction.
The table below is the same figures, all of them, money in and expenses included. Hovering a month is the shortcut, never the only way in.
| Month | Money in | Expenses | Net |

By Schedule C line
The same rows as the export, grouped the way the return is. Receipts and charges without one, together, so this total and the workbook agree.

What the money in was
Everything arriving in an account Estreat reads, with internal transfers already removed. A payment is income. A reversal is a refund, which comes off the expense it reverses instead of counting as money earned. Anything Estreat worked out from the wording rather than being told says so, and the answer is yours to change.

Money moved between your accounts
Every payment in or out of a business account whose wording says transfer. Money going to your own savings or your own personal account is a draw, not an expense. Money coming back the other way is your own cash, not money earned. Neither belongs in the figures above, and both are listed here so a move between your own accounts is never just absent. Estreat can only spot the other side when that account is connected here, so the ones it could not spot are listed too and are yours to rule on.
